It isn’t that black and white. Companies don’t go for H-1B because of the talent. It is because they can get a developer for barely over minimum wage. Heck, some places have put out “hiring” that require more years of experience than the ecosystem they are hiring for has been around so they can say they gave it a look…

How about you cut the H-1B visas for the tech industry, and stop these free trade agreements to countries where trade is lopsided in their favor?
