In the Bloomberg report, it stated that the attendant served the nuts without asking. That's a big no-no due to the danger of peanut allergies. So when the VP was asking him why he was serving the nuts and what the airlines policies were, the guy couldn't answer and wasn't properly trained. I guess the VP got pissed…
