I get this idea, but I feel like it can have the reverse affect. And it’s interesting how it becomes totally inappropriate if the subject is changed, even slightly. For example:

Speaking of combining lineages, I’ve heard of some creative ideas surrounding names. I had a teacher in high school, whose name was Pickwall. It was a combination of the couple’s last names, Pick and Wall (don’t remember whose was which).
