I agree with everything but the last part and you’re sliding down a very slippery slope.

I just don’t agree. I am going to say that I think the crimes are the same, that it is still criminal sexual conduct whether someone is intending to rape someone or (possibly willfully) just ignorant of what constitutes consent and “makes a mistake.”
He probably will see more time than a lot of other criminals. Because there are shitty laws for those other people. For example, my state, the grand old state of Minnesota, has this dandy nugget in many of the criminal sexual conduct statutes:
That future possible person.
Are you actually lauding Straight Outta Compton? Have you forgotten that the movie conveniently glosses over how sick and misogynistic most of the rappers are/were? How the stories basically ignored some very influential female rappers?
Umm. Maybe you need to look at IMDB, to refresh yourself on the cast.
I’m split on this, in how I change those words. But, what I generally do is this:
This makes sense to me, but it may not actually have any bearing on reality:
Or authorizing assassinations of American citizens.
No true Scotsmen!
Holy fuck. I literally got cross-eyed and bored halfway through your run-on paragraph, that I actually stopped reading it.
Exactly!
This reminds me of when I was a kid and I’d be in my dad’s office. He was a defense attorney, at the time, and would dictate his statements on a tape recorder and his whatever (not sure if secretary or paralegal or receptionist was the term) would listen to the tapes and type them on a fancy typewriter*.
Wait. Your two points seem to be contradictory. Is it “step aside” or “work together?”
I took a “but I’m broke” job and two weeks later got a call from the job I actually wanted. And then promptly quit the other job without notice, because I apparently work in an “at-will” employment state and can be fired from jobs, immediately. lol
Yeah, I can understand that. But, I had a friend in high school who got pregnant from that method. Since then, I’ve always been reluctant to just rely on that method.
I am a guy and I am an ear, nose, and eyebrow plucker. Ok, not the nose—there are actually wonderful gadgets for that. I don’t remember when I started needing to pluck my ear hair, but damn.
I would point him to the English footballers who recently recorded themselves having sex with (was it?) Filipino prostitutes while yelling racial slurs at them.
Can I say that I’m a bit torn by Good for You? I question why she wants to look good “for you.” Does she feel like she has to? Does she want to because it’s fun? Is it the only way she can get “you” back?
1. Well, a lot of it is the horribly bad acting.
