This shows the waste in the American consumer market. I mean, those are mostly pretty large SUVs. The Suburban gets a whopping 19 MPG. Yet that’s the most driven vehicle in America. Why?

NASCAR cars aren’t fiberglass. The top series is steel, while the lower XFINITY series (what the supra is slated to run in) is in the middle of switching to a composite body. So if this car is set to start next season, I almost guarantee it’s using a composite body.
