An opinion piece that selectively omits facts that don't and uses facts that do support the opinion it's trying to defend wouldn't earn a passing grade even in an elementary school assignment.

Funny, when I read this article right when it was published it crowed that the judge had sided with Apple on three patent infringements, including "slide to unlock".
