Ahh, thise cathartic endings. Contrast the almost post-coital ending of Vive L'amour with the celebratory left - field ending of Syndromes and a Century (also both in my top three Tsai along with Goodbye Dragon Inn).

I've resigned to the fact that Noahs perspective is what he wrote in his book, and Allisons is what really happened. And of course he's writing a new book, so continuing the dual perspective thing in the second season still works.
