I love that she also is shown to still have familial commitments and some positive values, so anti-atheist people watching can go "oh! atheists aren't demon people".

I definitely saw him post a picture on Instagram that made me believe that he wears a wig on the show. It looked like a hairpiece glued on. It was his usual gray, so I'm not sure why it looked so black this week.

I think it's hilarious that Moffat pegs this woman as a control freak, when he is at the helm of a 2000-year-old demigod who has eliminated several races off the planet and burnt up a sun to have one last chat with his unofficial girlfriend. Liiiike…no one else on this show is allowed to be called a control freak when

I don't think feminists/sociological minds would say that misogynists "hate women" but that some of their views are more dangerous than some chauvinistic or lightly sexist views. A misogynist would be the type to justify a rape because of what the woman was wearing. Moffat has said some truly misogynist things and

I would have been REALLY down with Madame Vastra and Jenny (and Strax) as companions for a few episodes. Maybe just Jenny? She interests me. Also, then Moffat would have to write something besides "companion has a latent crush on the Doctor".

She was apparently nominated for a Tony for Kinky Boots - new reason to see that show. And she has some movies, etc. in the works. I am QUITE glad. Enjoy her a lot.

And yet we saw the church last week, empty with almost no one caring to save it. I think the baby Jesus was more of an empty gesture from the town decorators, a small return to normalcy, something people would have felt guilty about not doing. They have obviously created other religions or theologically-based belief

Did we also see any photo albums being taken? I think it was a symbolic message, something that people would notice, but they probably couldn't have like gotten into iPhones with passcodes on them, you know.

I actually have a huge crush on him. I was excited to see some tushy. I just like husky dudes. He also reminds me of a young Nick Offerman, a dream man.

I had placed the abortion pre-Kira (since she started having sex so young; to me that's young, 14) but it could have absolutely been after. The abortion reveal would have been enough for a finale cliffhanger but they just casually lobbied it at us. I was floored. Imagine Alison or Rachel learning that Sarah had a baby

Also a feminist, and YES. Patriarchy is a horrendous disrespect to men - it's kept them boxed into a very heterosexual, stoic persona to strive to be. The military likely wanted to develop that He-Man, so seeing a version that conflicts with that (an artistic type, a hippie, one with depression or a mental disorder)

I have an Italian family and this is all we do - "I'm going to eat those drumstick legs", etc. The meatier the baby the better. I'm incredibly used to it.

NOW KISS - me, at the TV

You…think the show turning Dany and Drogo's consensual sex into rape was good? The book took a typical meek virgin bride and immediately gave her agency and gave us a taste of the fierce, strong woman she would soon become. That was one thing I was livid about.

That just put the fury into me. These books are best-sellers, people read them in full and understand them, and don't have a real issue with the plotting (most of the critiques are that he talks about food a lot, and some people find elements or plots that seem misogynistic, but usually those are the only complaints

As soon as I saw Jaqen I was like "oh shit, the "coin toss" is happening tonight". So that would have been a useful reminder.

I think that's it - I think they are either unsure of how they're organizing next season so they needed a meaty surprise to keep people interested. And now…I GUESS they're combining books 4 and 5 into one season and then rushing to make season 6 an adaptation of book 6? I'm probably done with this show after

They really need to change the opening credits to show all of the clones the way they show Sarah, that way you feel like you're not seeing just three names.

I hope she wanted to moreso fool around with the differences between clones, that one would be trans, another gay, etc. Because that makeup looked like they rushed it out after spending an hour on preparation and research. The acting was alright, the trans "More You Know" writing was effective, but visually the clone

That ruined me. I went through a lot of medical tests and all of that as a kid, and the way my mom has described watching me get put under….yeah, that scene took me back. The one most important touch was her flinching at the needle, which was a visual punch to the face.
