It barely matters. The key here is that we’re forcing western morality on a product from a different culture. The fact that their views on women are different from ours isn't even remotely surprising.

In contrast, New World made an attempt at “politically correct” female characters and we wound up looking like football linebackers. I HATED my body in that game. My view is that video games are a great place for larger-than-life fantasy and therefore there is nothing really wrong with the idea of “combat heels” or nonsense armor or the like. It’s stupid and unrealistic, sure, but I just don’t see it as harmful.
