Meanwhile this comment section contains one person talking about how a remake of an American movie from 1989 is European folklore, one person using the phrase “journalistic ethics” (in caps) to describe user reviews, and one person whose post is “Interesting... So [statement unsupported by fact].”

Whatever their review weighting system is, it can’t possibly be worse than letting randos on the internet determine the score

He’s been an absolutely brilliant actor since long before you were born. He’s considered one of the greatest Shakespearean actors of his generation (“King Lear” in particular). People have sought his opinions on acting for at least 45 years. JFC indeed.

Hahaha. What? Cox had way over sixty screen credits before Super Troopers (that does not include theater). He had been an established working character actor for almost thirty years (beginning his professional career in 1965).

I agree. He’s always been pretty much Mr. Michelle Gellar, and he clearly doesn’t have any ego problems over it. You’re right, it shouldn’t be unusual, but it is.

Just wanted to note how sweet it is that Prinze seems so proud of his wife. Shouldn’t be unusual, but it makes me happy.

Yeah, this site used to be the best for in-depth, thoughtful reviews... Now all we get is this recap garbage. Back when Allison Shoemaker and Alasdair Wilkins were writing for the site, I’d come here just to read their reviews. Now I just visit out of habit.

One of the sad things these days is that there is no level of disgrace deep enough for these guys not to have an audience, even if it’s just an audience of people they used to hate and who used to hate them.

And then 24 hours later landed a project in a setting he enjoys more than Superman.  He’ll be fine, you can stop worrying.
