Leaving aside the fact that one of the people he targeted was fucking 14, lines like:
“She never played another gig.”
AND (from a different person)

Strongly disagree with that barely-there apathetic B+ grade. This was a fantastic episode, probably the best of the series so far. They finally figured out their characters, figured out how to get them to show petsonality and interact with one another; personalities developed, the plot isn’t needlessly dense, the new…
Obviously her being underage makes it 10 times worse, but pulling a random woman out of the crowd to kiss and fondle is creepy in general
Will Ferrell is painfully unfunny and America has been sanctioning his buffoonery for decades - I’ve never been able to understand those who profess to enjoying his blustery, winking straight man shtick.
Yeah, the line “make a task into a game and kids will do whatever is expected of them” is a dead give away.
“She does the same thing as any parent worth their salt, and gets rambunctious youngsters engaged in daily drudgeries by refashioning the quotidian as adventure. Make a task into a game, and kids will do whatever’s expected of them.”
You... aren’t a parent, are you?
Turning chores into a game works for about 30 seconds…
Wait for the backlash involving MAGA folks defending fascism while denying they are fascist.
Tomorrow: “Sorry about those Down Syndrome comments, folks. I must have been on my period.”
This. I look up people’s Amazon accounts to see their review history. People that only write one star reviews make my eye twitch (I spent years in retail, so I know the type).
When you ignore trolls, you take away their power. I concede in the modern social media environment it can be hard to do, but all the giants of the industry have made it so much easier to ignore this particular troll, so can we do that now? Can we please start ignoring this troll?
Here’s the fun thing: he doesn’t fucking owe anyone a statement. This notion that the slavering online hordes are entitled to on-demand statements and interaction is...well, it’s certainly a take, and one that many apparently share.
Before the ‘Jarrett = Planet of the Apes + Muslim Brotherhood’ tweet, Barr had a long history of spreading far right conspiracy theories. The worst one was trying to convince her followers Hillary Clinton had Seth Rich murdered. This insanity led to harassment of the grieving Rich family. You can argue ‘Hannity also…
The name Tim Allen is basically synonymous with Lenny Bruce. I mean, I don’t even know why we reference Lenny Bruce at all any more when we have Tim Allen. The only difference between the two is Lenny Bruce probably didn’t turn in his dealer to avoid jail time.
God you people are THE WORST. Why are you commenting here? You’re obviously not feminists and/or people with intelligence or a soul.
She loses the weight by having her jaw WIRED SHUT. Do you want young kids thinking that’s a desirable way to shed pounds?
Really? “It’s always something” that’s your take?
Trans people taking issue with non-trans casting in trans roles
Wah wah it’s always something
Gay people being frustrated by stereotypical and homophobic representations
Here’s the thing though: Netflix stock has taken a nosedive, mostly because (per analysts) their original content blows. Making petitions for stuff like this will have an even LARGER effect, where Netflix stops making awful trash like this or Heathers
I also would have accepted most of Color of Night with Bruce Willis
I can’t tell you how awesome it is to have an openly and proudly bi woman kick ass and captain a ship on network television on a weekly basis.
I find it hilarious that, in a show starring Arthur Darvill concerning a time-traveling ship where there were once "Time Masters" but the hero killed them all, we've now introduced a romance between a personification of the ship and the captain of that ship. It's like the writers watch episodes of Doctor Who and say,…
