I love the yellow dress and think it looks great with her hair colouring. I like how a look can elicit such different responses. Makes fashion kinda fun.

My fave, too!

I wish that I couldn’t relate to this comment. I’ve had both and the difference ... meant me leaving an incredibly high paying job. Hilarious memories, tho!

Depends on turnover (probably high with a manager like that, honestly) and if she took leaves of absence due to her studies. I worked with the same company part time/temporary for over 10 years while/after I was a student and had my seniority reset every time I needed more than 1-2 weeks off (depending on the time of

I assume this poster took the time to respond and put stock into your opinion because you took the time to criticize the original author without bothering to inform yourself/read what the author wrote.

Your first comment promotes ignorance (I didn’t like what you said so I “stopped reading after that”) and this simply sounds like you feel that you’re better than those who came to political curiosity and enlightenment later than you.

I totally get where you’re coming from, but it shows that you haven’t done your research. I almost feel like I’m feeding an AMI troll. Maybe I am!

renaître! La femme de mon mari. (eyeroll)

Also wondering about the use of née, then I remembered that in English the word is sometimes used as an expression to show a given name or very colloquially as “formerly known as” instead of just born as. I think that us FSL folks sometimes think too literally! :)

I’m a meat lover, but I think that you’re looking at vegetarianism/veganism from a very closed perspective without thinking critically or informing yourself.

I agree completely.

Human-related: How is it that me and my partner are basically in this same situation? We eat like 90% the same thing!!!

Vegans don’t consume any products that come from animals whereas vegetarians don’t eat animal flesh. So vegans avoid eggs, honey, leather, gelatin, dairy, and a whole host of other products that contain animal products.

The descriptive language used in this article is poetic genius. Merci, Ms. Evans.

Shouldn’t they be concerned about getting themselves into a top-tier school? I get it, I had no mature regard for the future at 15, but why do all children need to achieve the very best? YOUR aspiration is to get them into a top school, is it theirs?

I agree. Isn’t that like all of life? The best and most rewarding things are hard work. Many people don’t enjoy running marathons, they enjoy the satisfaction/health benefits of them. We don’t enjoy working but enjoy they pay check.

Wait until they’re in their 70's, 80's, 90's and have someone to keep them company, set up net technology, drive them to the doctor, and grandkids to entertain without all the shit (literal and other) that parents deal with.

No! It’s not true, don’t even ask!!
