The whole concept of exporting fossil fuels is absurd. It’s hedging a massive bet that more gas/oil will become obsolete before we run out. Otherwise you’d think our country would want to keep any excess we have to safeguard that we have enough to continue to feed our families.

A Thad chiming in here... Just to say... sometimes the airport sinks are too gross to wash your hands, and since I purposely didn’t touch anything but myself I skip washing my hands and use the hand sanitizer in my bag instead.

Seems like a needless technology given that grocery shopping is moving very quickly towards online order and curb site pickup and/or delivery.

I haven’t been to Monical’s in.. 15 years or so.. Not since moving to Texas in 2004, but I do order the dressing delivered from time to time.. Putting that dressing on their thin’n crust cheese pizza is the thing my childhood is made of.

Haha been there, but didn’t drive thankfully.. I didn’t mind the lights there tho since I expected it.. I think it was just more jarring seeing it in my neighborhood.

Already seeing this in Dallas. These are SUPER bright and Very distracting to drivers.. Perhaps I’ll get used to it though. My ubereats showed up this past weekend and it looked like a party with all the flashing lights.

I’m not a Meghan McCain fan... but to say she was “handed” her career is wrong. She worked her way into that position. Sure the attention to her father and name recognition opened doors but she still has worked hard to get where she is.

I think it’s a cat breed thing.. We have a Devon Rex, and even before we got her everyone told us they acted like dogs, and they were not wrong. She fetches, walks on a leash, greets everyone at the door, and even demands strangers pick her up.

Yeah, no.. I’m not going to tip. If I’m paying $500+ night for a hotel room I’m not going to fork over additional cash for services that are supposed to be included.
