Yeah, it looks like it caught traction unexpectedly, or something broke.
I dont think so, the speed bumps besides kerbs at tetre rouge are very high/rough/big to discourage drivers from running wide to gain extra speed. My guess he accidentally jump the kerbs, hit the bumps and lost control.
