You are definitely entitled to image rights and those would come into play IF the images were commercialized and distributed in that form i.e. sold. These weren't sold nor were they circulated at all. It seems like her ex was keeping them as a memento or maybe just hadn't bothered to delete them or something.

This is an interesting case to me. I would agree with the ruling if he had disseminated these photos in any way, but if they were keepsakes I can't really agree with being forced to destroy them. Should an ex be able to force you to destroy keepsakes whether they be photos or gifts?

I don't think there is a difference that explains aptitude for cooking, at least in the way it is expressed in the world. I was just talking about how the sense of smell may impact cleanliness in general. I did say that I was with you on cooking, didn't I?

I think this may have some scientific basis. Try and bear with me since I'm too lazy to look up a study to refresh my memory but I think some aspects of this may be tied to physiological differences in men and women. Women, for example, have a superior sense of smell which may be why odors seem to bother women moreso

If someone isn't attracted to someone else but likes everything else about them and won't date them because of the aforementioned lack of attraction... they should be called out?
