I’m totally addicted. The Bain murders were in episode 20. That’s why I liked Black Hands, because it went into such depth about the murders, and MFM is like a great taster that sends me down endless Wikipedia holes.

Black Hands is so great! I loved the MFM episode on the case. It’s true what they say, us New Zealander’s ALL know the case and ALL have opinions on it.

Word of advice, I almost gave up on the first episode because I found the porn too cringey; but I powered through and by the third episode was hooked.

I’ve just started listening to podcasts and MFM is my fav. I’m going to be sad when I run out of episodes to binge on.

I hear you, I know that what she experienced was an edge case (although the few other people I know registered at that practice had similar stories), and my GP is good (1-2 days wait for something urgent like an infection). Her practice made her wait weeks for what was clearly a UTI, she got really ill. Took 5 months…

Oh wow, that sounds crazy. I am glad you have had good experiences, and glad for you and your child that you have good access to healthcare now. My gripe with the NHS is that here in central London, they are stretched so thinly. A friend of mine ended up seriously ill because of a UTI which went untreated for weeks…

Wait your think the NHS is an improvement? I mean sure it’s free, but my friend has to wait 4 weeks before she can get a doctors appointment, for anything. The NHS is terrible at wait times, if that’s an improvement to you then I shudder to think what the realities of the US system are.
