Heavy free weights - heavy enough so that doing 10 reps, the last few are almost impossible. I prefer kettlebells to dumbbells. Then do interval workouts (there are tons of videos online and DVDs). On top of that to gain muscle you need to monitor your protein intake, especially for recovery - shred the muscle and

I think she just went with whatever public defender was provided. She had written the courts and lawyers stating her financial situation and her overview of what occurred, but they still dragged her into court. A senior citizens word against the police is almost always going to turn out one way. It was a completely

Yup - that's pretty much it. She was ok just to have survived and not have to pay damages to the cops and additional court costs. When you live on a fixed income it is what it is. Going against the police dept is always an uphill battle no matter what.

Nah, it's the person who complains about it after you've had a specific discussion on who is cleaning what that's the asshole (man or woman).

Living with diabetes is rough, and dealing with law enforcement on top of it is usually terrible.

DAMN.

If you have a years worth of savings and other streams of income, I agree with other comments - you are doing quite well compared to a lot. I would feel way more secure if I was in your shoes - kudos.

how about if the bottom metal tab is ripped off (the other side of the zipper pull)? Anyone got a solution for that?

I hear ya - I sell for friends & family on occasion since they just can't deal and need quick cash...I've been selling since the 90's on eBay so its kinda second nature to me. I will attest to the PIA moments when you have flaky buyers and sellers - it's part of the deal unfortunately. In the end it usually works out

Do you have a CD's or DVD's? Do you have any vintage clothing? Electronics or computers? How about any designers shoes or handbags? All these things can be resold for extra $$$. I tried to list some items this past weekend with FBA and found it to be way too tedious and confusing - plus it seems to only be profitable if you have items in demand and items that are relatively small but would sell for a decent amount ($20 - 25 and up). If you had small items that had good value and could sell

Excellent use of the fans' shoulders sitting on his left and right for leverage.

Holiday bonus? Not sure what that is - I seem to recall that term back in the 2000's...

Number 5 and 8 are the two biggest problems I see with people who have debt. There is an odd sense of entitlement that stands in the way of assisting with debts & bills.

I completely agree with this - on my commute there is 9 miles of construction work, and they have signs for all trucks to be in the left lane - I see this exact scenario almost every day. It's tough because a lot of truckers are on cellphones and just swerve where they want to go (the larger vehicle always wins).

Ewww. Highly processed junk food like this doesn't work out well when its processed again.

...not so good photoshop

wow a reply from a 2011 article - I listen to a men's health radio show and the doctor has stated this many times. Of course if you are getting minimal sleep and catch up you will feel better, but in the long run this is not what will improve your overall health - it's not like that one night of more rest fixes weeks

...not to mention one of the slickest web pages I've seen for a product.

The one I got for my 4S was actually a little wider, so I put a small cardboard shim along the edge to hold it snug - your mileage may vary
