I am usually a zero or one - the one being dinner on occasion. I drink AM coffee which is set to brew the night before with a fiber bar for breakfast (with my vitamins & supplements), eat lunch out during work days. This has been a constant issue - both financially and health-wise. I want to have it be easy to do but

Wow - I am glad I got a refurb samsung chromebook a few months back for under $150 (amazon via gizmodo).

Alt+PrintScreen - it copies just the active window image to the clipboard. An old one but I use it often to paste into photoshop. It can also be a quik way to get a chunk out of a PDF file.

I get a previous residents credit card bills on a monthly basis in my mailbox - numerous "return to sender - no longer at this address" letters were sent back - no change. I called both the post office and the credit card company directly - both said to simply throw them out, and that they can't make a change unless

I've bought a few of those cheap all-in-one games that have just a composite video and one (assuming mono) audio plug. When I plug into my LCD HDTV, I get video A-OK but no sound (even when trying either red or white inputs on back). Do I need to buy an audio adapter?

these damn allergies...*sniff*

To start, I do consider him to be uniquely creative and I have thought some of his performances and songs have some artistic merit. On the flip side, I can see why he gets so much flack and in a lot of ways he reaps what he sows. I enjoyed some of his statements about being an artist, and then his statement about KK's

You may be able to sell lots/runs of certain titles on eBay and ship via medial mail. Aside from that, I used to give them away to my nephews or children in the neighborhood who would enjoy them.

With respect to eBay, there's a huge difference between what people are asking for items and what they actually sold for. What its retail price is has little bearing on what people will pay for an item. Be sure to check completed & SOLD auctions (listed with green prices) to get an idea of what the item will fetch -

#2 is HUGE. I was making the most I ever made back in 2000 before the recession and 9/11. I really took it for granted - even when I was let go with a generous severance package (the company had been bought) and had gotten a 5 figure inheritance from a relative. I didn't do the 401k, no emergency fund, nada. How

Thanks for the info - really appreciate it - I was considering putting some extra $$$ from side work into it and see how it goes.

I actually read that review before I posted - so I'm glad I was looking at the right stuff - thanks!

I saw the reference to Betterment in the 3rd advisors method - has anyone had any experience with this site - good or bad? I have long considered opening an e-trade account but this seems like another viable alternative.

I'll add one more - adjust your 401k contribution for the 4th quarter.

My Tivo doesn't need the 30 second skip - when you single/double/triple click fast forward, you have to only be remotely close to the end of the commercial break and if you hit play the Tivo will start to play in the perfect spot every time (whether you were before or after the point where the show resumes) - there

I own that B&D trimmer - it works great - the price is a steal I paid more than double when I bought mine new. The extra battery is helpful so you always have a charge to trim whenever you want.

These are some decent tips - here's my take on all of them:

As far as I've used it - yes - After using it I tested with an old school handheld psi gauge and the psi measurements were identical.

I highly recommend this product - I got it for a slow leak last year before I had the cash to buy new tires. I also have tire pressure sensors in my Altima that will throw a dash light if they get too far off and this was great to correct that. The little machine works great, and will stop once your desired psi is

I'd like to weigh in on this, but I have to drive home after work - don't want the bike mob to get me - yikes.
