I always heard that if it was under $600 for the year it doesn't have to be reported?
Wow now I like her even less...thanks for this.
...just be careful that the items you sell are A-OK with the buyers before dumping your funds out - if the buyer goes for a return/refund and the $$$ is gone, it comes out of your backup funding source.
My fiance' asks me every year if I'll take her to an Eagles game (she dislikes TV football but would go to a live game) - the answer is always no.
...wanted to enjoy this but all I could think of was "you got cookie! Share it maybe..."
I think the analogy was that if you have ED issues, there is a good chance you may have heart issues (blood flow). If it's not flowing/working down there, it could be an issue.

I had a spiderman club shirt - it was one of the things that had to go once I moved in with my girlfriend...can't say I blame her!
As I'm seeing from the other comments, the title of the article and the point of it are a bit different. The article/idea is pretty simplistic and I don't think there is a "one size fits all" for all companies.
I agree on your first point - the prequalified amount is just a quick calculation. It reminds of the exact thing car dealerships use. It took us some time to figure out what we were comfortable paying for our new home, and even longer for our agent/lender to adjust it down to that range - they always want you to buy…
I tried to enter a few items - half my stuff doesn't "have enough data" - so it's a blank with no value. I guess if you have newer tech it works better, but I would try CL for newer in demand items first.
I use All Free & Clear on the majority of my loads (it's super cheap at the discount stores), and I use 1/3 of the recommended amount on the cap in my HE washer. Also I only choose the cold setting unless it is socks & underwear which gets the warm setting and for that I use a Tide Pod. I only use the Pods for loads…
The chair is kinda terrible - not even a cushion? - looks painful for those long hours of design work. Also a dual monitor setup is also preferable if possible (looks doable with the desk space).
Sounds good to me - while at work I occasionally have to go to the "smoking area" in front of our building to talk to the IT guys about something urgent - and I end up smelling like I just got back from a smoke-filled club.
...plus lack of sleep increases cortisol (you gain weight) and lowers testosterone (lowers sex drive)...those two will also definitely affect your relationship.
2 important tech notes I found on this offer:
Like I had said to others, I can see that viewpoint - however I disagree. I am only sharing information based on my personal experience. I don't think living on a credit card or having zero emergency savings is a good idea. Again to each their own with finances.
Ramp up your savings. Look hard at your current lifestyle and make edits wherever you can to save. Start building a "leave job" fund. If the accounting dept. allows for a percentage to go into this new account, hand in that direct deposit form. If there are any medical benefits to tap into, do so. If you would rather…
It has been a huge help since buying a new home last year. I don't use it for kindle or streaming but those are great perks too. The biggest value for myself is the ability to have an item arrive to my door within 2 days, regardless of size. I also happen to have a fulfillment center in my town, so a lot of items…
