This is probably the most realistic (very) large breast simulation I’ve seen so far for computer graphics (Warning contains nudity!). Although think it has not been implemented in a game yet.

This is probably the most realistic simulation of large breasts (Warning contains nudity!) in a 3D animation i’ve seen so far. However, this doesn’t seem to be implemented in a game environment yet.
