I’m angry that starring comments isn’t working for me, but yours deserves all the stars: Tying educational funding to _existing_ wealth (via education funded via property taxes) is an explicit attempt to maintain the status quo.

A fun escapist ride like this to counter cooped up feelings from being boxed u by the pandemic has worked for me. I think a key part is not being inside a car, which is just a smaller box.

I have a lift, so it’s easier. But you can get a lot of coverage without one. I did a friends F350 and didn’t bother with the lift.

Fluid Film is another similar approach, and you can do it yourself. After losing a F250 SD “holy grail” (XLT 7.3L diesel with manual transmission) to rust, I now do Fluid Film to all my cars, including my Tacoma.
