He definitely should have been nominated for DU. He could (should?) have won if Christophe Waltz had been in the Best Actor category like he should have been.

Court of Owls was maybe the best combo of Batman writing and art I’ve read, at least in the last 20-30 years. I mean a perfect synergy between the story and how it looked, particularly the Talons. I basically stopped reading comics around the time Snyder’s run ended, but this is a pretty good list judging by the stuff…
Mine is just the way he says “yeah” in that same scene. You know what I mean.
He liked Brokeback - just not as a Western. I think he’s mostly just being a nerd about what is and isn’t a Western while ignoring that Cumberbatch’s character was essentially a rich kid cosplaying as a cowboy. “Are we to believe he wore chaps while not riding a horse? I hope somebody got fired for that blunder!"
I’m not sure if he meant the “woman” part in a disparaging way - it seemed like he was using the word because he couldn’t say “this guy.” More concerning is the fact that he’s had just about enough of those homosexual cowboy fellers.
That, and the other baddies’ incomprehension that he was burning his half of the money.
“I will make this pencil...disappear” is my favorite moment of his. Weirdo sitting there, goofing around with a pencil like it’s 3rd grade, insults dude who doesn’t want to be insulted...BOOM! Point made.

I’m surprised that no one has discussed that the show follows, or rather is a commentary upon, the narrative arc being a retelling of the first two Godfather movies through the lens of the Church being the mafia, with the population giving them “protection” money but in the sense that the Gemstones protect their…
Ah the humor of 2008
Gothman? Sounds like Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne.
Robin Lord Taylor did a really good job. He was consistently the best part of Gotham.
Thank you!
I can’t disagree with a C+, really. If there were something between a B- and a C+, maybe I’d give it that. I also thought the movie wasn’t “Shane Black” enough, and could have use more of his brand of buddy comedy between Stark and Rhodey.
Iron Fist was never good
Let’s not kid ourselves. We got between five shows and one crossover event we got maybe two goods season of TV. Pretty much none of these shows could manage a decent second season and some failed right out of the gate.
He’s always been awesome, and clearly deserves a second Random Roles. You know he’d NEVER give you the high hat...
