They have sponsored the Subaru Motorsports USA rally and rallycross programs for two years now. Pretty sure they had booths set up at some of the races as well.

Hmm, are you going through my internet search history? This very vehicle just popped up on my search the other night...NP even with the miles.

Always helped my dad work on the cars, out of being frugal rather than actually enjoying it. Then one day, I was probably 12-13, saw an F1 race on tv. It was a wet race at Hockenheim, the old configuration where they still went through the woods (so pre 2001). I remember being completely mesmerized by the massive

For no reason at all, I always thought it would be cool to put a BMW motorcycle opposed twin into a mk1 Mini...

I’ve been looking at that one monthly, hoping/wishing for a miracle that I win the lotto

Also, Sonnet III’s are awesome, but Sonnet II’s are the awesomer

Nooooo! Please do not bring attention to these! I want one so bad but it’s not in the cards at the moment (kids, student loans). There is no need to make boomers think that this is another classic that they can inflate the price on.

When they finally got broken up, did somebody say, “It’s just Foley”

The article I saw on top gear had quotes from the owner of the vehicle. It’s privatly owned and is ‘as it left the factory’. The vehicle owner was the one who set up the record run and got the road closure permissions. It’s the same car the did the 0-249-0 record run.

That’s a great picture! I’d recognize those shitty wooden Mid-Ohio grandstands anywhere...

For me it was cost prohibitive. They were offering discounted tickets to people who had tickets to other WGI events which was nice, but camping for the weekend was north of $300.

From STPR last year. Their livery looked much better this year!

That would be amazing, if it would
