The worst are the stories where what happened to you, a hidden fee, causes your balance to drop just enough you bounce a check by like $0.35 and they hit you with an $25 overdraft fee on top of it.

You’re right, mine is $20 as well. I think I was confused because they way they bill, they estimate data on past usage so my bill is usually around $35. Thanks for clarifying.

Reminds me of years ago when a Citizen’s Bank was advertising “Absolutely Free Checking” everywhere. They acquired my bank USTrust at the time. USTrust used to have free everything and reimburse me for other banks ATM fees. It was awesome, so when I got an $11 monthly maintenance charge on my “Absolutely Free

I clung to my original iPhone 3g AT&T unlimited plan up until about 2 years ago. I also use my phone for everything and never connected to wifi, I was using maybe like 3GB a month. I was paying around $96 a month for my bill and using like 2-3GB

I’m maybe in the minority here, but I tend to use Steams streaming capabilities a lot to play Windows only games or games that exceed the requirements of my Macbook air ie most games. I sit at a desk all day and there are days I’d rather play a PC game my couch than in my computer room. That usually sways me to

A strange omission for sure. I was running a Samsung Galaxy S5 up until about 2 years ago using LineageOS. The last supported official Android version some like 4.2 and ran like a dog after the phone was about a year old. With LineageOS I was getting updates up to 7.1 and beyond and the performance was snappy even

I think we all know Andy Reid would use his blue flag to re-kick the second half opening kickoff to improve field position. The subsequent kick will promptly go out of bounds.

I agree, but if anything I’d like to see people more willing to pay for small studio and indie games, myself included. Many of the best games I’ve played in the past few years I’ve spent less than $10. Feels wrong to pay so little when they’re labors of love created by a handful of people using thier life savings.

In America we have strict standards. You have to move at least $1 billion in drugs before the politicians will shake your hand.

Somehow every 5-10 years someone reinvents AOL chat and becomes a billionaire. It’s one of the most perplexing cycles in tech in my opinion.

Well technically it’s not Stranger Things season 2 and 3, it’s “Stranger Things 2" and “Stranger Things 3". The Duffers treat it more like 80's movie sequels than TV seasons and 80's movie sequels were often huge departures from the original. So it’s kind of like saying Friday the 13th should have stopped after the

Even when it’s not landing on a planet, like last season when they were approaching moons and the Ring they used this tactic as did other ships. I always thought it was a great touch.

I’d recommend the citi double cash to replace your 1.5% card. It provides 2% on all purchases, no limits and no categories. The only downside is that they just got rid of a lot of standard perks like price match and extended warranty. If that’s not a deal breaker for you the extra 0.5% adds up. I replaced my main card

I love how this show has always tried hard to be realistic with its physics. The way the Roci turns around and uses it’s main thruster to decelerate is something I don’t feel like I’ve seen other shows do. Watching this land is like watching the Space X rockets that land themselves, which I’m sure isn’t a coincident.

So great to see this show get another shot at life and with what looks like a new budget to put it on the same level of other popular shows it’s up against. This show deserves to be as popular as shows like GOT and Stranger Things but hardly anyone I know has even heard of it. Here’s hoping that will change on Amazon.

A 128oz bottle of Aloe will be a featured item on Prime day so they can sooth that burn.

Right, at the beginning they comment on the Americans having beat them too opening the portal and there is clearly pressure on the scientists to succeed in doing it for Russia after they fail in the opening scene. Its clearly a space race or arms race between the USA and USSR. During the cold war the ‘why’ was often
