I don’t particularly care if the system is fully mechanical or electronically controlled, so long as the torque split remains biased in favor of the rear wheels. This eliminates anything equipped with Audi’s new Ultra Quattro from consideration, as it’s essentially a FWD car until slippage is detected. Boo.

“because Harley isn’t comfortable with likely protests there.”

Since most of these protests are financed by George Soros, if he turned his money against NASCAR, they’d eventually cave too.

Every market does this to foreign competition. This is why foreign companies built factories here in the 80's, why Japanese companies built factories in teh EU, etc. Tariffs simply level the playing field, and would have been imposed on Mexico previously if not for NAFTA.

I don’t get the hype about Wehrlein at all, he didn’t dominate his teammates like he should have last year at Manor if he is truly a wunderkind. He was outqualified by Haryanto several times fer chrissakes.

pushing the limits is one thing. pushing the limits and not owning it is another. if such tactics were in fact legitimate, why wouldn’t the person executing the tactic describe the intent to demonstrate his strategic skill?

Oh look another keyboard warrior who’s never turned a wheel in anger yet is so wise on the legitimacy of racing tactics.

“(Actually, no, hat throwing and searing hatred is fun and entertaining.)“ well, speak for yourself, watching F1's past seasons with Lewis and Nico’s warmongering with one another has been a blight to the sport. Its been painful and completely un-enjoyable watching F1.

I hope he wipes the floor with Hamilton. I doubt it will happen, but it would be a refreshing change.
Also, Manor might have found a buyer which is nice!

The whole quote is “ ... “The American car industry is getting worse, weaker and more expensive,” Sigmar Gabriel told Bild on Monday. “If U.S. buyers are choosing German models, as Trump suggests, then “that’s why the U.S. needs to build better cars,” he said.

Think about it like this. According to a cursory google search, the average American man weighs ~191 lb and the average American woman weighs ~159lb. Let’s imagine a scenario where 10 people are moved. If that’s a 50/50 split of men to women, that means you’re moving roughly 950lb of man and 800lb of woman, or 1750lb

Now playing

The weight balance issue is a real thing, and it really annoys me whenever people complain about it, as if weight and its position have no effect on a huge flying tube. However, I don’t know whether this was really the reason they asked people to move on this one flight. It’s definitely possible, and I would say,

I’m sorry. I thought this was AMERICA!
