There’s nothing wrong with the CVT. It’s perfectly fine for 99% of the people buying these.

Oh they will, but it’ll be when a variant of this engine winds up in the new STI.
Not totally true. Canada got the current generation Legacy/Outback with a manual until 2017.
Actually, the Outback will be getting the 2.4 turbo that’s in the Ascent. Subaru has already 100% confirmed it for the Legacy, and it has been CARB certified for the Outback as well.
The Forester no longer has a manual option. MY2018 was the last year for it.
I'm about 95% sure the Raiu isn't really a Canadian market-only car. The Raiu name may only be used in Canada but the car itself is, afaik, the exact same thing as the US market Series.Grey model. The only thing "special" about it is the colour.
Oh boy... I’m named after this guy.
Your opinion is wrong.
Maybe they could start by selling it in Canada.
The Cobalt SS turbo came with factory launch control and no-life shift 10 years ago. Why is this a big deal?
It’s always nice to be reminded that people that aren’t from around here do actually remember/know about Mosport.
It’s completely stock mechanically.
The only reason the SS ever happened is because the car already existed. They didn’t have to develop anything for it. There’s no way they would develop a new RWD, V8, performance sedan. The only basis they could work from now would be the CTS, but that won’t happen because of the CTS-V.
If it’s limited production, yeah probably. But I highly doubt this will be a limited car. There’s no reason for it to be.
Yep it’s the same car. The NFR guys drive like complete idiots half the time they’re together.
They deserved to be impounded. Whenever the NFR guys get together they drive like complete idiots, and that specific day was no different.
Yes, actually. Wall tapping/scraping is a style thing, and thus yields more points being awarded to the driver.
Yeah I am. Up here you can get any Subaru, excluding the 3.6 Legacy/Outback, with a manual.
Unless you’re talking about MY2018 cars, you’re incorrect.
The 2018 S5 and RS5 are clearly separate models, even at a quick first glance.
