I believe the chances for success are very high. Subaru has been resting on their laurels with the STI and that is still a successful "halo" car. I'm not sure this has to be a car that is around for more than several years at a time. The Euro Focus RS has never been a long-running halo vehicle, it comes and goes.

Looks more like he's laughing to himself to me.

He wasn't fired. He still has a week or so of his contract to run. So he's still being paid by the BBC. He's not having his contract renewed - that's very different from being sacked. Not sacking him sends out a great message from the BBC - you can verbally harangue over an extended period and then physically attack

Eddie Jordan?

Also for the Jalops.

James May has always been hilarious in his own way, but the way in which he looks right at the camera with a slight smile as he says "I very desperately have to write the eBay listing for my Ferarri" makes me feel like it's a code for Jeremy and Richard watching.

I never said he should. There are those that will blame him for Jeremy getting (myself not included) and make questionable reactions to seeing Osmin.

Thanks, Obama!

I have only known for the past few minutes and if you excuse me I very desperately have to write the eBay listing for my Ferrari.

I'll defend him but that doesn't mean I defend what he did or that he even defends it. We're all human and we all fuck up.

I don't think the expect to sell millions, at least not at first. There's enough demand world wide to make production profitable. Bringing it to the US is buying good press and they've already primed the market with the STs.

I'm pretty stoked to see the final numbers for price (my prediction is $36,000 base) and

Unless they artificially restrict supply (possible!), it'll sell as well as the Golf R... which is to say the first batches will sell out, but then subsequent shipments will sit on lots a while as people have a difficult time dropping $35k on a manual hatchback.

It's an enthusiasts car.. So they will probably limit production but they will have a wait list to order I assume.

I would think that the same enthusiasts who pay similar prices for a Subaru STI would cross shop the Focus RS, especially if they prefer hatchbacks over sedans (like I do).

Given that there is already waiting lists in some areas for a Golf R, I imagine Ford will have no problems selling the RS

High Sitting Twat

hahahahahaha

Well, look at the time ... it's already fuck this shit o'clock!
