Veyrons are serviced by Bugatti. Where you buy it... Bugatti has dealerships just like everyone else. They just aren't as common as a Ford dealership.

It's not up to the UFC. It's up to the licensing agency I believe. The UFC has a testing and reporting program in place and it reports to the licensing agency, in this case Nevada.
