The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3 had a tougher choice to make than any of the "moral dilemmas" in the main game, when you had to decide what to do with the baby. In fairness, choosing the diplomatic third option in the Tenpenny Tower quest turned out to have just as shitty a result as the other two.
