Sure, just please be aware of the number of squat racks in your gym. You shouldn’t be taking up a rack with exercises it’s not designed for, if others are waiting to use it.

Sounds like we have a potential release date. The book serves as a “direct lead-in” and comes in February. Can’t wait for those comics!
