WHAT!? Strong disagree. I love that in every car I have. 100% it needs to have sensitivity adjustment available, and most do, but every time I get in a car that doesn’t have it I have to crank the music on the highway and then get my ears blown out when I get off. Though that might be because I drive shitboxes....

Ironically, this only makes me want a Jimny that much more.

Not a boomer, would happily drive this ass backwards into a tree.

Unless you like a comfortable ride.

So a corolla will last another 25 years...

It is funny that of all automakers out there, Toyota is probably the last one the average consumer doesn’t think of lasting for at least ten years.

Your clutch doesn’t need an adjustment, you need a new throwout bearing (and you might as well put a clutch in it while you are in there). But it might go a long, long time like that, just don’t hold the pedal to the floor at lights - put it in neutral and let the clutch out to save as much wear and tear as possible.

And then theres me...I beat the hell out of my gums if I try and brush my teeth left handed

I could never understand why you’d willingly sacrifice transmitted power, precision control and gas-mileage in favour of a slushy, unresponsive and unpredictable system

I think the answer in all cases is a Toyota something Hybrid, unless you’re really serious about it being quiet. Then look at a Lexus something Hybrid or a Buick.

Toyota Avalon Hybrid

Did your dad also hand-crank start his own cars? ‘Cause that is actually how you start a car? It’s more “engaging” and causes you to “actually learn about governing the engine”.

Wait a minute: that can’t be right. An EV that does not weigh three tons, that does not have 600hp, that does not reach 60mph in 3.6 seconds, and is not a dick-length comparison fetish object. Say whut?

All things considered, the last Impala was actually very nice. GM finally woke up and made a decent sedan. And then the Sedan market died. Yup. GM.

A male passenger told her “it was an inappropriate comment and that she ‘isn’t Black … this isn’t Alabama and this isn’t a bus.’” He then said, “Sit down, Karen.”

There’s an Explorer in MN with DORA, I’m also ok with that one.

I saw a Miata in Ohio that had “Hakuna” for their plate. Still one of the only personalized plates I was fine with.

Bs. Show us hundreds, even dozen of videos of regular cars flipping under similar condition and we might reconsider your point.

The Yaris was on the brakes for 3-4 seconds before the Land Rover hit it. The Land Rover driver wasn’t remotely paying attention to anything going on around them. It’s 100% their fault, not 85%.

To that person who hit that precious GR Yaris...
