...and years, and years, and years...

“My first drop was walking my bike backwards down our driveway. Nobody tells you that the steering will force itself to full lock if you turn at all...”

I dunno. I think I buy it. Watching cars that all look alike drive in a circle for four hours is a bigger snooze than Ambien.

“ it’s absolutely exploding with personality”

“The Best Thing That Can Happen To Electric Cars Is What Happened To PCs In The 1990s”

A rental 200 made me want to avoid anything and everything FCA. Unfair, I know, but I can’t help it.

Help me out, ‘cause I don’t own an SUV: How does one not consider the high center of gravity and the tendency of these big-ass vehicles to roll over before engaging in such douchebaggery as this? I mean, I’ve seen them turned over in mall parking lots, for Pete’s sake.

If not the best, one of the best: Mom taught be to drive a stick back in 1973. I was fifteen with my learner’s permit. Car was a 1970 Ford Maverick with 3-on-the-tree. She laughed like hell when I alternately stalled it, spun the wheels, and the other stuff manual noobs initially do. Made me mad at first, but

“...a fleet truck with no radio or anything.”

I bought a ‘92 Paseo new. Loved it. Yeah, basically a Tercel smooshed into a coupe, but back then its twin-cam 1.5L four (a whopping 100 hp) was still kind of novel in a car that cheap. No, it wasn’t fast. But it was fast enough, and was fun to drive.

Uh... Dachau is a museum now, open to the public, with graphic exhibits. That’s hardly removing all mention of “a horrible mistake” or banning its reference.

You do know the Miata’s top will go up too, don’t you? :)

My parents owned one of these. They had five GM A-bodies throughout the 80s and 90s: a Buick, two Chevys, and two Olds, one of which was a wagon.

“I guarantee you a SRT Jeep is more fun to drive than any generic sedan or compact car you could think of, and equally as fun as a GTI or other tiny sport compact.”

A kid” requires switching to a crossover? You must be expecting a really big kid. :)

    I’m torn.

“SUVS are better than sedans in every way”

I’m sure you’re not the only one, but myself, I think it’s the first reasonably attractive car Lamborghini has built since the Miura... beauty being in the eye of the beholder, and all. :)
