really out of character for Davos, to leave knowing that Shireen is
going to be burned. This was the guy who smuggled Gendry out despite the
risk of execution for treason, and he barely even knew him - there's no
way he wouldn't try his best to smuggle Shireen out, and I
half-expected him to.
