So would this guy:

I can't believe microsoft is still using AA batteries in their controllers. It's 2013 for fucks sake.

Somebody's butthurt, their console has 50% less power. Better luck next gen...

"Sony's still playing copy and catch up, while Microsoft is blazing new trails".

Never had any issues either - people that can't use Playstation controllers are just tools.

I use a toothpick.

No, no! Keep that shitty design away from Playstation. I've symmetrical hands, I like my analog sticks to be that way as well...

Give it a year, maybe two? I hope you're trolling, son.

You're arguing with an Xbox fanboy - he doesn't mind swapping discs...

Are you kidding me? What does Kinect offer you as a gamer? Masterpieces like this:

This is why Kinect is a total failure, and will be for at least one more generation (after this one). The technology is simply not there yet.

Plenty of 1st party games wouldn't fit on a DVD. Uncharted for example. I'm glad Sony invested in proper storage format, instead of having their users swap discs like it's 1999...

Can you tell us which console you are going to buy this gen, so we know to pick the opposite? BTW - Sony has a great track record when it comes to introducing new media (floppy discs for example).

I'm glad Sony isn't pushing PS Eye. Stick with the controller, leave gimmicky move shit for the Xbox crowd.

The only person being dense is you, by not understanding that Microsoft spent more money on their failed experiment with HD-DVD, than Sony did on destroying them in format war in the end...

'Physical media will be extinct in 5 years'

Capacity is very important when it comes to storage media, just saying. That's why HD-DVD was shit when compared to Blu-ray, and that's why it lost.

Nice try - if next format was irrelevant, then why does XBoxOne include Blu-ray drive? Welcome to 2006 guys!

Why? With price this low ($400), I doubt you will see a price reduction for at least 2-3 years. That means, if you buy it now, you'll get more for your money, because you'll enjoy the system for more years, for the same cost.
