I think this all comes down to ‘there is no such thing as bad publicity’. If FCA didn’t sue Mahindra, less people would have heard of the Roxor. So far the only cost to Mahindra is for some lawyers. The FJ40-ish grill is to get Toyota to sue them next. I bet after that, they’ll do a Land Rover grill.

How anyone who works on a Car Blog could confuse a Yukon and an Envoy is beyond me.

Literally everything about this concept is a bad idea. The only thing more difficult than Level 5 autonomy is a system that analyses the driver and tries to seamlessly switch between all 5 levels. Plus you can manually switch levels by stroking the steering wheel? That could not be more confusing. Don’t even get me

You might take a bus, you might take a train - leave this autonomous alone and you’ll get there just the same.

Was coming down to make this same comment.

Sedans, wagons, and vans all exist.

What about a car like a Honda Element, or a Chevy Avalanche or, please hold, a SUBARU BAJA.

I grew up in Michigan and daily drove a Triumph TR-7 on winter tires. You don’t need an SUV.

SUVs are for going off the beaten trail, which makes it so sad to see all of them trundling along the interstate serving as family carriers.

The DeLorean Flight of the Navigator:

It’s not a rip off, seeing as Mahindra has had the license to build Jeeps since 1949. It’s a descendant of the OG Willy’s.

“(i) A boxy body shape with flat appearing vertical side and rear body panels ending at about the same height as the hood;

Huh...and I thought the only things that made a jeep a jeep was:

Wow, I might confuse it with a vehicle jeep hasn't sold in decades?  A 92 explorer and 92 Cherokee look more similar than this looks like a 2019 wrangler...
