First thing I thought of.
First thing I thought of.
Honestly, I bought the base Sims 3 game and never touched any of the expansion packs—but they way they do it now is that after every major release, they update the base game to give you SOME of the features of that expansion. So even though you just have the base game, major updates bring some pretty significant…
Wow, I'm just—This pic is like—Oh, Wow.
The List is my go-to episode for introducing people to South Park. Most of the minor characters make prominent appearances and it's just all around fucking funny.
Back before New Leaf you just had to pray you got lucky. Now you can just look at it and see if it's a fake. If you know the piece well enough, it's pretty easy. There's a few guides on it, I'm sure.
Apple Corps vs. Apple Computer. Interesting read. Basically, The Beatles' record company (Apple Records) was mad at Apple Computer for using the Apple name. They settled with the agreement that Apple Computer never go into the music business. As you'd imagine, shit hit the fan when iTunes came out.
Honest question: Are the expansions worth it? I think I have every TS1 expansion and a few TS2 ones but it got to be such a ridiculously high amount of them that I stopped. I bought TS3 on launch but never bothered with the expansions. Often, the expansions on TS2 seemed more like DLC and not enough like they were…
Well then I retract my previous statement. That's fucking stupid.
But but... that's where you went to revive your dead in FF1!
Ehh, I can kind of see it. The budget they're aiming for probably allows them to pay for certain amount of sprites / concept art / programmers / sound effects for a set number of classes. There's little left to do with left over funds they receive so making other classes seems natural. It's less like they're holding…
I have to say, I was thoroughly shocked at the anti-organized-religion undertones of Final Fantasy Tactics. I honestly believe FFT has one of the greatest video game stories (if not the best) to date.
Yep. Okay. This will do. Brb 20 mins.
Unfortunately, I can't star you more than once.
Totally agree. I can't really rally behind being mad at the initial rape "joke" since that part of the strip was in no way supposed to even be the punchline. But the completely asinine, insensitive, clusterfuck they got themselves into after is shitty in any way you cut it.
Final Fantasy Tactics: War of The Lions was heavy on the Elizabethan speak. The original translation (on the PS1) was a little more blunt and thorough but damn is War of the Lions pretty to read.
I loved the DS version because it let you replay old stages. First time in Mario Kart they let you do that. Almost blew my mind when I read it on the back of the case when I picked it up.
I'm inclined to agree. Blue shells suck. However, I noticed that in the Gamecube Mario Kart (which incidentally not many people played), blue shells were very, very rare. I think the reason for that might be because green shells, bananas, and other hazard items stuck around for the entire race. It was a lot more…
I usually go to the Animal Crossing Community. Every week someone posts up their turnip prices and I make sure to grab a seat before they close their gates. I drop about 300k (make about 5 mil) and call it a day.
