Possibly. Wife & I ordered a custom trim Cayenne in June because there was nothing on the lot that had the (relatively basic) feature & color combo that we wanted. We threw a few extra things into our order but nothing that would have been a deal breaker on a car that we could get before November.

Settlement conferences are often encouraged and most cases never see an evidentiary hearing. The Judge should have made the recommendation off the record in a conference. To enter an actual Order like that is absurd.

Judges have a wide amount of discretion - nothing wrong with the intent per se, but the tone and tenor was ludicrous.
