Shrug. If the EV has pretty strong braking regen, then the driving experience is actually pretty similar to a manual, except for the whole choosing your own gears and doing the clutch pedal thing.

I’m guessing that’s not a grommet, but a plug. The arm looks cast, so making it hollow would require an opening.  And if you have to have the opening, you’d want to close it with something.

Yeah but the Aerostar will be easier to keep going. The 1st gen Sedona/Entourage are loaded with already-obsolete parts that are hard to impossible to find. And serviceability sucked. I doubt 6 weeks will do much. Any issues will be found not by GM engineers, but by paying customers 2 years after launch after which GM will just deny the issue exists and quietly update it without admitting fault or remedying early adopters.

I’m sorry you got a lemon. But these cars and motors were actually pretty reliable. As a contrasting anecdote to yours, I had mine just up to 100k miles and the motor never gave me a single issue. I sold it and still see it around town once in a while.

The seller is speculating/lying about the puddle stuff.  My bet is, the car started making funny noises, and he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it.
