Too bad their legal defense wasn’t as strong and buckled under the weight of the law.

This is basically how political fundraising works. Except there is an additional layer between the money collected and the persons bank account.

There are few roads I can find that let me use it in a way that is fun. Unless I like driving through the parks at 6,ooo rpm with the engine screaming like I’m THAT asshole.

It was 100% an unarmored bus. Run by Richmond coach lines. You can rent the same bus next week for your next group trip to the north of France.

Yeah, i think they are trying to keep airspeed up at low rpms. Just waiting for someone to chime in that knows about this type of thing.

There might be some benefit to being able to control them separately. Maybe they only run one throttle body at lower rpms or at cruising. Might effect MPG, throttle response at less then WOT, and/or intake noise.

In all fairness I don’t think the bus ran between any of her 21 residences. So, she’s just not used to it.

Well that’s a no brainer. No US president is going to be allowed to ride in an unarmored bus crammed with group of other world leaders. Don’t have to be Secret Service to figure that one out.

This isn’t a new thing. Auto shows were trending in this direction ever since the invention of the interwebs. Anyone that spent time at the COBO over the last 2 decades could sense it. It’s not sad, just different.

IDK, that’s just what it looks like. Why would a horse head be poking out of a misshapen horseshoe?

I thought it looked like a horse collar or yoke.

There just wasn’t much else to get excited about.

Maybe I’m just channeling my inner old man but it bothers me a little that new “exciting” features are a button that will rev a car that your not even in - wasting gas and probably annoying the shit out of people - and a special hand brake for e-brake slides and drifting - super safe for idiot drivers (and we know who

There’s no point in build EVs ... if we’re not actually reducing the amount each person is using.”

I read this: “to get some owners of the F-150 Lightning to help with the state’s power grid when demand is high.” and thought Lawrence actually meant what he wrote... OWNERS

Not for $25 a month. Now, if they want to pay me a flat fee AND allow me to charge at off-peak hours and then sell it back into the grid at higher peak prices I could totally see people being willing to get into electricity arbitrage as a gigger. But that would be quite a bit more money then what we are talking about

One of the major factors affecting battery lifespan is charge cycles, so yeah, no, not interested for $25 a month.

Depends on how driven, “Ford Racing” and the outlet installed by the mirror probably for a radar detector combined with consumption of coolant at a pint every 6 months (about every 5000 miles) makes me wonder how this thing was broken in.

Knowing some people still drive their cars warms the cockles of my heart.

Texas is the largest consumer of coal in the US. It does have a lot of wind, but it’s not that much when compared to the total generation in the state.
