I mean they’re going to make sure it is worth as much as possible, which starts with laying off 2,500 employees. Even if the stock loses half it’s value I think they’ll be just fine living off $1,000,000.

The whole “executive team is forgoing salaries” is a bit of a smoke screen. The CEO makes $400,000 year in salary but over $2,000,000 in stock.
Anyone who races chime in. Is it normal to park a rig like this and just leave it?
This practice in China is not new. It isn’t now and it wasn’t 15 years ago when I helped a US company set up operations in China. Any company or person that puts IP in China is a fool and I have little sympathy for them. The allure of such a huge market blinds them.
How so?
Dealers don’t usually register their cars. they just put dealer tags on them and drive them. Those tags are not tied to any specific car. This is common practice.
If sold will this show up under new car sales reported by GM?
They aren’t exciting but they are good. Dead reliable. I have experience with it in 3 different cars, including one that was supercharged.
2008 Vue XR had 257 HP
FYI
that’s what they say when I give them a ride in my sky... usually when I put the peddle down and they feel what 300Hp feels like in a small car.
I’m 6'4" and I barely fit. 6'8" is not possible, sorry friend.
no, not really, I can do it in probably 15 seconds. At this point these cars are 15 years old and like most tops have a tendency to shrink as they age so it could be a little tight to get it latched when putting it back up. But, there are some adjustments that help if you know what you are doing.
it’s like Inception, but with cassette decks. My mind is blown.
totally sick.
Meanwhile the rest of us suckers are bolting on fender flairs and putting louvers over the rear window to make our cars “unique”.
Aftermarket white-faced gauge cluster backing on a z24 cavalier. Just the backing, a whole new cluster was too expensive.
Shitposter or missing a /s
They don’t actually expect to get that price. But, by listing it there they can tell prospective customers that want to rent it that it is a 4 Million dollar limo.
had the same first thought. You cannot compare “trade in” value to a dealers lot price. Private party gets you close to what you can expect but as you said there is also a slight dealer premium. Odd that Lawrence would make that mistake. I think most car people know this.
