For some reason I’m reluctant to believe it “just wasn’t needed”.

There was a time when average people loved their cars. It was common for the average joe to take it to the park and the family would spend the day with a picnic and wax their car in the shade of a tree. They used to “cruise”. Drive-in dining was more popular then drive-thru.
Local Chevrolet dealership has exactly 20 new cars on the lot they can sell. They also have 4 Silverados but they were already sold before they got delivered.
So most of the benefits are related to a lower ride height. That matches up so well with consumer demand. /S
It is so easy to seat 6 and still have a chance off-road.
Is there a particular demographic that uses the squat more then others?
Why compare the Mustang Mach E to the Mustang you say?

These youtubers are under a lot of pressure to get clicks. Tread lightly, you never know what will set them off.
I’m not saying it’s a bad choice. Just wondering how you objectively come to the conclusion that you must have a manual without driving one.
Good for him. I’m not judging either way. I have one of each and enjoy them both equally. Just legitimately curious how that ended up on the list. Also, hopeful he knows what he is getting into.

You forgot opportunity cost also. Depreciation and opportunity cost/financing cost is going to be 95% of TCO in the first 5 years so you can almost forget about the others.
Only 8? You’re not trying hard enough.
I care about it in general as it is part of what determines how much impact our collective driving has on the environment. So, across the industry yes I care.
On the other hand... over the top of the car isn’t a bad outcome. You’re better off flying through the air and flopping around on the group and dissipating all that energy slowly.
yeah, I kind of meant both. this is beyond my understanding but could you have a gyroscope that acts to reduce rotation but then freeze one of it’s pivots or even force the pivot into a specific orientation essentially converting it to a flywheel that can induce a rotation.
