wtf is lake trout anyway? It’s not from a lake and it’s definitely not trout. It’s still pretty delicious but I am very skeptical.

I’d also call it hashbrown casserole, but I think my mama made it with ritz crackers on top with melted butter drizzled over. So much butter.
