That’s funny because they seemed to have had him and Cheadle wear a chest piece of the suit for proper light readings in post. So there was a physical piece used in production for proper reference, so it seems weird to think his head seemed disconnected because of the VFX.
Um, they show that shot during filming (its in the DVD extras)complete with green screen backgrounds and wires, and dude was wearing the suit in that scene.
