Now, THAT I had forgotten.

Wait. If Fox is the new NBC, and NBC is the new CBS, what is ABC?

Oh, thank God! Sometimes I swear it was a show I made up in my head and I have to Wiki it just to convince myself I'm not that far gone.

Curiosity won out and I watched it. I have no words. this is the type of show that only Fox could think was a good idea. No wonder CBS passed.

Every time I shudder watching a trailer, I try to remember how relentlessly I mocked Sleepy Hollow and remind myself that as dumb as an idea can sound and as bad as a trailer can be, it's totally possible the show will be good. But I feel like there's only one or two of those a year, if we're lucky. I'd say it's much

That's clearly the best line from the synopsis, but for some reason this one tickles my fancy as well: "It's 1967 and the era of free love, drug experimentation and Vietnam is in full effect."

And thank God for that, because where Colantoni goes, I must follow and I really don't want to watch this show.

Most of these new shows sound truly, truly terrible, but I'm excited that Reed Diamond and Ben McKenzie have work so I'll take that as a win. (Gotham's going to be terrible though. Because Bruno Heller.) Red Band Society seems like it could either be: a. really good, powerful television; b. adequate television that

People keep saying this, but it just seems so … unlikely.

I have no idea. I assume NBC looked around, saw that HIMYM was getting a lot of press and a solid demo, and said, "We want that actress everyone likes! The mom one! Oh, and throw in the will they/won't they tension! Oh, and they have a voiceover from a sitcom star in the 90s! Let's have that too! BOOM!" and then went

The two leads are charming so… there's that. Also, Katy Sagal's voice! For some reason!

True. Although the cable networks seem to be better at keeping their shows in one place. Like, if I'm reminded TWD will be on again, I know where to go looking for it. We'll see. I approve of NBC trying things. It lets me know they care enough to make some sort of effort.

These trailers, in general, were not nearly as bad as I was (ashamedly, somewhat gleefully) anticipating. Except State of Affairs. That looks awful, even in only a four minute sneak peek. Cushy timeslot though.

I just… can't with Debra Messing anymore. The trailer wasn't as bad as I anticipated, despite the endless cliches. But I just can't. I expect it to be fodder anyway, given the 8 p.m. on Wednesday timeslot.

I actually liked the trailer a lot more than I thought I would, but then again, it seems like it might be one of those shows where literally all of the amusing parts are in the two minute trailer. Also, it's a terrible name.

I initially thought it might be a terrific decision, until I realized that part of the plan was taking it off the air between November and February. That seems to me not such a great plan when the move will occur after a 3 month hiatus.

Poor Sonia. Can you imagine if she's set free from The Following, only to be assigned Stalker? That would just be cruel.

With a smartphone, you can pretend to be social, while also reading Saturday night newswires, which is usually more fun than being social. Especially during upfront season.

I made it through the whole pilot somehow. When you take Megan Ory and Josh Holloway and give me… that? I dunno. I just don't know.

CSI: CYBER is now a thing. How did that happen? Maybe it's just time to close up shop on this thing we called the Grand Television Experiment.
