That’s true. The studies are over longer periods of time in terms of who ends up hanging out with who and all these sorts of things. When you throw kids in a room, they’ll just run off and play because that’s what kids want to do and that’s awesome.

Yes, but not consciously. There has been study after study that humans, even children who haven’t been taught about racial issues at all, tend to congregate with people that look and speak like them, and have a subconscious fear of different. It’s hardwired to a point. Everyone does this, not just white people.

That’s why I hate the demonization of any group in particular, whether it be southerners, white dudes, black dudes, northerners, whatever. There are so many shitty people in the demographics that people assume are supposed to be “good”.
