She doesn’t just eat bananas. That was one day, or maybe a few times, but if you watch her what I eat in a day vids it’s quite a variety of plant foods.

Ellen’s not really a vegan because she has a leather shoe line and is the face of cover girl, a L’Oréal brand that tests on animals, though I don't know if she is currently. She would be what we call "Plant based" but not vegan

You mean 318 bananas in 30secs to reach the lethal dose of 127,500mgs of potassium? Hmmm

Check out mindful diabetic Robby on YouTube he has diabetes and eats a lot of fruit. Also, Dr. Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes 👍

She doesn’t eat 51 bananas a day she has, but it’s not a daily thing lol. She makes a smoothie in the morning and then eats, you know, a variety of food the rest of the day

She's actually shared her bloodwork in a video and it was totally normal

I mean, bananas are among the cheapest fruits and also rice, beans, potatoes, veggies, corn - CHEAP

To die of hyperkalemia one would need to consume approx 318 bananas in 30secs to reach the lethal dose of 127,500mgs of potassium

Actually there’s a Doctor named Dr. Neil Barnard who wrote a book called Dr. Neil Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes and it is centred around a whole food plant based low fat vegan diet. It doesn’t eliminate fruit and his scientific research has shown a link between consuming too much fat as being the culprit.

Not if you’re eating ripe ones that are yellow and spotty, those encourage proper smooth bowel movements. If you have diarrhea though, slightly starchier bananas that are yellow with a bit of green at the tops are good for that.

Actually she doesn't eat 51 bananas every day, that was one day, but there's nothing wrong with that and banana poops are smooth and easy as long as you're eating ripe spotty ones, not green or even yellow.
