Tesla isn’t Porsche and I am sure Porsche doesn’t plan on “competing” with Tesla. By pricing this somewhat stupidly named car so high, Porsche retains it’s exclusivity. And I would bet my house that the Porsche will out handle the Tesla.

They're great as you don’t need a back seat. I sold mine when my daughter got too big to sit back there. I replaced it with a 335. Another fine car. But it's the jag I miss most of all the cars I've owned.

Yeah that was just the 98 and 99 model years because they used Nikasil coatings on the cylinder walls instead of liners. The engines in the Jag run cool and are harder to heat up and if you used cheap gas, water from condensation could get into the gas and the higher levels of sulfur in the fuel can combine with the

Horrible aren’t they. LMAO That was how it looked the day I bought it.

Yeah, though in that regard it’s not quite as good as the earlier models that had rather large trunks. I had a 1997 XK I bought used and it could hold a ton of stuff in it’s trunk. It was an awesome road trip car. And I even used it to move once. Imagine this car with a mattress and box spring covering the trunk and

Oh come on now. You know there is a perfectly good reason to change their logo from 3d back to flat. Weight. The flat logo will give them .0000000001 mpge.

Bu bu but maybe the battery cooling is turbocharged.

This happens to be 11 years old, not 10, but it’s only got 32k miles and only costs 29k. And it’s got most of the looks, less horse power but comparable torque, is 2/10's quicker 0-60, gets better gas mileage, a longer warranty, while there is no v12 and no manual transmission in this one you could buy 4 of them for

If attractive is what you’re after then skip the new car depreciation and buy a used F-Type.

Tesla doesn’t have a monopoly. At least not today. The real reason EV’s cost more still is the supply chain. Vehicles powered by ICE have a well established and robust supply chain with decades of work behind it to keep costs to a minimum while mass producing millions of units each year. EV’s aren’t there yet. Not

A dedicated screen for the passenger? Oh no. We can’t allow that. They’ll start thinking their special or something. I say let us order special harnesses that our passengers can wear to pull our cars so they don’t get their grubby fingers on our car when we run out of juice and need a push/tow.

True, but I drove an earlier model in 1980 that a friend owned and it was truly a fun little car.

Adblue?

An ignorant individual or two do not make for a state wide belief. What you're passing is unsubstantiated and ignorant. But feel free to make yourself look even more pathetic.

Well, you’ve just stated the reason why it was decided that there is a need for multiple standards. But your assertion that Californians believe the US would be better if they ran it is just more ignorance. You should probably quit now.

No it’s not the 80's anymore. There are over 100 million more cars on the road today than in the 80's. A significant number of them in CA. And CARB regulations have not been static. There are tighter restrictions planned for the shipping industry in the planning stages right now. Regulations that CA will benefit from

You aren't helping your assertion that CA doesn't need tighter regulations than other areas of the country do. Again, there are valid reasons that air quality regulations that work in other states are not sufficient for CA.

Too bad we can't have a country without the ignorance your comment displays.

You fail to understand California's special needs. The topography of the state traps air instead of allowing it to blow across it's major cities. There is valid reason it was allowed to set higher standards and those reasons are just as valid today as they were when their special status was granted.
