Yes. The issue is in Mercury. If you down the boss before he gets his shields 2 times, then you won’t get the heroic rewards.

It’s one thing to ensure that players get the basic items and good gear quickly in the game. It’s another to remove the additional optional activities that one could do IF they decided to in the game.
