Dealership ripped my mom’s SUV door off. It was in their cleaning station after a routine something or other, and the guy left the car in neutral and running, got out, wandered off with the door open - car rolled backwards, door caught a pillar, and ripped off.

The Mercedes dealer network is fucking awesome.....as long as you’re under warranty (that last part applies to every dealer).

Almost all cars do now, even little base model Civics, so that’s really nothing special and has everything to do with transmission gearing. It would be far more impressive to say that it could scale a hill at a 30 degree incline without dropping speed, or to a lower gear, or increasing RPMs.

Don’t just slow down, nail the brakes hard enough for it to be a total surprise they can’t match due to reaction time. The asshat that’s staying along side of you ends up in front of you and now he’s at the very least in an awkward spot and you’re now in control of how close you get to him. Provided he doesn’t stop…

Usually I feel for these bikers, as a biker myself, but I would NEVER ride along side a car like that for any amount of time, not even just to flip the guy off. Youre asking for it.
