Doubt the case goes anywhere. As others have said she shouldn't have let a co-worker take modeling photos of her for free. That was opening a door that was never going to end well.

I'm with you. I never did law school but even in college I refused to take my laptop to class. I know I would've been surfing Facebook, Twitter, etc. and basically doing anything but paying attention. Taking notes by hand made me pay more attention.
I wondered who would make the first GMG reference.
My father says he was on Haynes' first flight back after the crash.
Volkswagen wants to be a major brand in the U.S., to compete seriously in sales with Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet or Ford. They've even made their cars bigger and more boring to try and attract U.S. buyers. But a lot of potential customers still remember what maintenance nightmares their cars from the late 1990s and 2000s…
I understand that, but wouldn't the Camry be considered "crap" even though it's unintended acceleration was also a complete fabrication?
Audi 5000? Didn't it almost single-handidly bring down Audi with poor reliability and unintended acceleration debacle?
Also, note: if you can be seen in public, then more often than not you can be photographed without your consent as well. Just a heads up, if, ya know, a reporter catches you acting like a jerk.
Ditka does an hour on a radio show in Chicago (because of course he does) and on it last year they were asking him about those State Farm commercials with George Wendt. He sounds like he still is a one-take guy. He's got virtually zero patience and so once the check clears he shows up for the only amount of time he…
I honestly think that the teams, team owners need to figure out a way to buy a stake in F1 the brand. There is always wrangling about how teams are broke or close to broke or can't make any money and something like that would allow for revenue sharing which is seen in so many other sports leagues around the world.
You failed to bring up his woe-is-me "I can't win a Pulitzer" column he wrote for the BSU Daily News last year.
Like everyone else I always liked the look of these things. I have heard about the ridiculous repair costs.
How soon can we expect the video?
Certainly a gray area. On one hand, he might not have had to even turn into the guy. Pause the video at 5 seconds and look at the position of the Veloster and the Truck.
This is the result you get when you hire the best legal team money can buy to write you a litigation-free program. The stock photos of other sports, the list of modifiers like "safe as possible" "safer," etc. It's all just Goodell and them covering their butts. "Hey he passed the course, THEY KNEW THE RISKS!"
Road and Track link is not working for me.
Anyone know if Jay Leno services his own? If any F1 owner would, it's him. He also [likely] has the know-how, time and resources to do it.
Kind of a shame. Probably some wannabe baller type who liked the image and was only just making payments, lost his job or other such deal and fell behind. Live within your means people!
Friends don't let friends take vertical video.
The AP reported this week that Detroit is still "Car Jack City" they lead the country in carjackings for its population size. http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/storie…
